Cedar Run Landscapes’ owner, Alden R. Zove, is a Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist, with degrees in Horticulture, and Plant Science, and more than 30 years of garden design experience. He started Cedar Run Landscapes in 1980, and it has since grown into a premier landscape and water garden design company. Located in North Wales, Pa.,  CRL serves customers throughout Montgomery, Chester, Philadelphia and Bucks counties. Alden has a passion for designing gardens, and also for building ecologically sound water features. In recent years he has become very involved in the design and construction of  rainwater harvesting systems and rain gardens. This eco-friendly practice of saving valuable rainwater through aesthetically pleasing garden elements has added a new dimension to the business. Cedar Run Landscapes is now part of the Sustainable Business Network of Philadelphia, and was recipient of the SBN’s 2009 Triple Bottom Line award, for his successful demonstration of running a business with a “triple-bottom line” – people, planet, and profit..

Cedar Run Landscapes is a Certified Aquascape, EP Henry, and IPCI Contractor, registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, and employs Pa. Certified Horticulturists and Certified Landscape Technicians. Cedar Run is committed to bringing quality service to customers as well as the community, and frequently donates services to local non-profit organizations, schools, parks, and community centers.
